As Field Engineers, we find and fix chronic and complex HVAC/IEQ issues- the type that involve multiple building systems and require thorough investigation. Trade contractors and design engineers are often not trained, equipped nor incentivized to do this type of work. Typical projects for us involve excessive humidity, indoor condensation, negative building pressure, poor air distribution and leakage, building envelope flaws and incorrect design.
We employ broad knowledge and experience with all types of HVAC equipment, building management systems, ASHRAE standards and building codes. Our investigations are detailed and utilize the latest measurement, testing and detection technologies.
We produce first in class technical reports, with supporting data and graphics. Our recommendations focus on standard and code compliance and are organized by project type, with detailed scopes of work.
